Part of being a celebrity is looking good and staying in shape, but you don’t have to be a celebrity to look good. Katy Perry keeps in shape by using the 5 factor workout. This workout starts with a cardio warm up, followed by an upper and lower body circuit and then a core set. Each of these circuits is done in 4 sets of 20 reps without any rest. This way your heart rate stays up and you burn more fat. To finish off, Katy Perry does a 5 minute cardio cool down. She also makes sure she walks 10 000 steps a day.

Natalie Portman had to lose weight for her role in Black Swan. She did this by using a combination of swimming, ballet and dancing. The result was a slimmer and leaner body.

Angelina Jolie maintains her figure by circuit training and aerobics. The circuit training is a combination of strength training and cardio which work the arms, chest, abs and hamstrings.
